Returns & Exchanges
We apologise, but due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. We value our Read My Lips customers and have great confidence that our products will arrive in perfect condition, but if there are any damages that have occurred during shipping we will happily replace these for you. For any damaged/faulty products, please email us at hello@readmylipsgb.co.uk with details of your order within in 14 days of delivery/receipt or we will not be able to action your request.

Our lip balms are suitable for vegetarians, but not vegans as they

contain beeswax.

 No, we do not test on animals and none of our products contain ingredients which were tested on animals.
 

How can I find the expiry date on my product?

How can I find the expiry date on my product?

You can find the period after opening symbol on the back of the packaging and on the lip balm label too. This symbol looks like an open jar with a number inside – the number represents how many months the product can be used for once it has been opened. For example, 24m means that after opening you have 24 months to use a lip balm before it should be replaced.
